京沪高速铁路徐沪段轨道形式改CRTSⅡ型板后,由于目前尚无宽幅卷材防水层,使得卷材防水层难于满足CRTSⅡ型板要求,最终决定采用聚脲防水层方案。首先介绍聚脲弹性防水涂料的特点及物理化学性能,进而详细讲述了防水层施工组织、关键工序要求、轨道板外防水层外露部分施工顺序等,最后指出防水层质量的监督,总结出产生气泡的原因及相应的解决办法。
