数控机床作为机械加工领域中的典型设备,集高效、精密、复合等诸多优点于一身,已经成为基础建设的主力加工设备和主流产品。数控机床任何部件有故障产生,都有可能导致被加工件的精度下降,甚至机床的短时间生产停顿,从而造成不必要的损失。为了能更好的进行数控机床滚动轴承的故障诊断,提出了基于小波包分析的诊断方法。实验结果表明,所使用的方法在数控机床故障诊断中具有一定的可行性。
As a typical equipment in the field of mechanical processing, CNC machine tools combine many advantages of high efficiency, precision and compounding, and have become the main processing equipment and mainstream products in infrastructure construction. The failure of any part of the CNC machine may cause the precision of the workpiece to be reduced or even the short-time production of the machine tool will be stopped, resulting in unnecessary losses. In order to better diagnose the rolling bearing fault of CNC machine tools, a diagnosis method based on wavelet packet analysis is proposed. Experimental results show that the method used in CNC machine tool fault diagnosis has a certain feasibility.
