[目的]了解护理人员对药学服务的认知现状及药学服务在临床应用中遇到的问题,以便采取有效措施提高护理人员药学服务水平。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2010年11月—2011年2月对94名护理人员进行问卷调查。[结果]护理人员缺乏向病人提供药物服务的相关认识,仅有19.1%的护理人员能准确说出药学服务的定义,21.3%的护理人员在工作中经常为病人提供药学服务,27.7%的护理人员能讲述科室常用药物的适应证、禁忌证、不良反应及药理作用;90.0%以上的护理人员认为应该向病人及家属提供药物名称、作用及用法3方面的药学服务。[结论]护理人员对药学服务知识掌握不够全面,不能满足病人临床用药中的需求,应该从多方面对护理人员进行临床用药知识方面的培训,使护理人员在临床实践中积极为病人提供药学服务。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of nursing staff cognition of pharmacy service and the problems encountered in the clinical application of pharmacy service in order to take effective measures to improve the pharmacy service level of nursing staff. [Method] A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 94 nurses from November 2010 to February 2011. [Results] Nurses lacked the knowledge of providing drug services to patients. Only 19.1% of nurses could accurately define the definition of pharmacy services, 21.3% of nurses frequently provided pharmacy services to patients during their work, and 27.7% of nursing care 90.0% of the nurses believed that the name, function, and usage of the drug should be provided to the patients and their relatives in the aspects of pharmacy, contraindications, adverse reactions and pharmacological effects. [Conclusion] Nursing staffs do not have sufficient knowledge of pharmacy services and can not meet the needs of patients in clinical medication. Nursing staff should be trained in clinical medication knowledge in many aspects so that nurses can actively provide pharmacy services to patients in clinical practice .
