目的建立同时测定甘草中4种糖苷类成分含量的方法,鉴别3种正品甘草。方法以甘草药材为研究对象,采用RP-HPLC,建立同时测定芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷、芹糖异甘草苷和芒柄花苷含量的方法。在此基础上,测定了55份法定3种甘草样品,并从化学成分含量的角度鉴别3种正品甘草。结果以这4种成分含量及其比值作为鉴别3种正品甘草药材的依据,鉴别甘草的准确率达到100%,区分光果甘草和胀果甘草的准确率达到94.7%。结论 本实验建立的HPLC分析方法稳定性、精密度和重复性良好,所确定的指标适用于3种正品甘草的鉴别。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four glycosides in Glycyrrhiza uralensis and to identify three kinds of genuine licorice. Methods The method of simultaneous determination of glycoside glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizin, glucomannan glycoside and montmorillonoid in Radix Glycyrrhizae by RP-HPLC was established. On this basis, 55 licorice licorice samples were determined, and three kinds of genuine licorice root were identified from the perspective of chemical composition. Results The contents of these four components and their ratios were used as the basis for identification of three genuine licorice herbs. The accuracy rate of licorice root identification was 100%. The accuracy rate of distinguishing licorice root and licorice root extract was 94.7%. Conclusion The HPLC analysis method established in this experiment has good stability, precision and repeatability. The determined indexes are suitable for the identification of three genuine licorice.
