根据矩形螺纹的受力特点,针对某液压支架立柱缸口矩形螺纹结构,分别采用悬臂梁模型理论计算方法和有限元计算方法对其进行强度计算分析。通过对计算结果进行合理分析,确定了矩形螺纹设计的关键点和合理方法,为实际生产设计提供理论依据。 According to the force characteristics of rectangular screw thread, the strength calculation and analysis of cantilever beam model theoretical calculation method and finite element method are carried out respectively for the rectangular cylindrical thread structure of a hydraulic support column. Through the reasonable analysis of the calculation results, the key points and reasonable methods of the rectangular thread design are confirmed, which provide the theoretical basis for the actual production design.
