我的身体原来很好,退休以后,由于不适应环境变化,生活不规律,心情烦躁、苦闷,身体抵抗力每况愈下,经常感冒,扁桃腺发炎。后来又发现心脏早搏,心律不齐,我成了医院的『常客』。经一位老朋友介绍,我参加了钓鱼协会的活动。除了看书、学习,做些家务和参加一些社会活动之外,每周钓一两次鱼,精神状态和身体状况渐渐好起来。我切身体会到,钓鱼是一项富有情趣,而又有益于中老年身心健康的活动。
My body turns out to be very good. After I retire, I do not adapt to the changes in the environment. I live in an irregular mood, I feel irritable and depressed. The body resistance is deteriorating. I often have cold and tonsils. Later found heart premature beats, arrhythmia, I became a hospital “regulars.” Introduced by an old friend, I participated in the activities of the Fishing Association. In addition to reading books, studying, doing housework and taking part in some social activities, the fish are bored once or twice a week and the mental state and physical condition are getting better. I personally understand that fishing is a fun, but beneficial to middle-aged and elderly physical and mental activities.
