企业增长率是企业管理中的一项长期战略问题,本文结合案例深入研究了可持续增长率、实际增长率以及它们与其影响指标之间的内在联系。本文的研究将使得企业在实现高速增长目标时,对拟采取措施的难易程度以及各种措施对销售增长率的贡献进行理论探索,为企业进行高速增长战略决策提供指导。
Enterprise growth rate is a long-term strategic issue in business management. In this paper, case studies are conducted to study in depth the intrinsic relationship between sustainable growth rate, actual growth rate and their impact indicators. This study will enable enterprises to achieve high-speed growth goals, the proposed degree of ease of measures to be taken and the contribution of various measures to the sales growth rate of theoretical exploration, to provide strategic guidance for the rapid growth of enterprises.
