目的掌握泰安市鼠类种群构成、季节消长和不同生境鼠密度情况,为制定鼠类防控方案提供科学依据。方法随机抽取特殊行业、自然村和居民区各1处作为监测点,采用夹夜法进行鼠类密度监测。结果 2010年共捕获鼠类4种103只,平均鼠密度为1.9%。其中,褐家鼠为优势种群,密度达1.1%,占捕鼠总数的58%。鼠密度消长呈单峰型曲线,高峰值出现在4月份。不同生境鼠密度季节消长曲线不同。特殊行业鼠密度最高,达2.6%。结论 2010年鼠密度水平较高,褐家鼠是重点防控鼠种。建议根据它们的孳生、栖息习性及季节消长特点,采取综合防治措施,并加强对鼠类及其传播疾病的长期监测、预警和控制对策的研究。
Objective To understand the composition of rodent population, seasonal fluctuation and density of rodents in different habitats in Taian, and provide a scientific basis for the development of rodent prevention and control programs. Methods A special industry, natural villages and residential areas were randomly selected as the monitoring points, and the night-time density method was used to monitor the density of the rats. Results A total of 103 rodents were caught in 2010 with an average rat density of 1.9%. Among them, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species, with a density of 1.1%, accounting for 58% of the total number of catches. Rat density growth showed a single peak curve, the peak appeared in April. In different habitats, there is a different seasonal variation curve of rat density. The highest density of mice in the special industry, up 2.6%. Conclusion The rat density is high in 2010, Rattus norvegicus is the key control mouse species. It is suggested that comprehensive prevention and control measures should be adopted according to their breeding, habitat habits and seasonal growth and decline, and research on long-term monitoring, early warning and control measures against rodents and their transmitted diseases should be strengthened.
