通过问卷调查法和教育叙事研究法,对中小学体育教师文化状态进行了调查和研究,认为,当前中小学体育教师文化“边缘化”现象依旧严重,体育教师的知识结构还无法完全适应课程改革的需求,学校和教研组等组织文化并未完全形成,还无法为体育教师职业发展提供必要的平台。但是中小学体育教师的角色定位、教育观念、教学行为等正在发生积极的改变。
Through questionnaire and education narration research method, the paper investigates and studies the state of PE teachers in elementary and secondary schools. It is considered that the phenomenon of “marginalization” of PE teachers in primary and middle schools is still serious and the knowledge structure of PE teachers can not fully adapt The demand for curriculum reform, the organizational culture such as schools and teaching and research groups have not been fully formed, and the necessary platforms for the development of physical education teachers can not be provided. However, the role of primary and secondary school physical education teachers, educational concepts, teaching behavior are undergoing positive changes.
