两年前,沃伦贝格在汉诺威展出了车铣中心,这是首次在这样大型的设备上仅用一台机床完成各种加工工序。该机床至今工作正常,深得用户和专家的好评。但,这仅仅是沃伦贝格新式机床迈出的第一步。现在展示在各位面前的“VDF沃伦贝格强力柔性加工中心(4号)”是我们迈出的第二步。该系列机床有1～4号四种大小不同的机型,是以计算机数控(CNC)系统为基础的新一代沃伦贝格车床系列产品。机床配有成套刀具系统(IWS)——带有ISO50锥套的Janus铣头和双面液压刀具固定装置,最大铁刀直径为400mm。
Two years ago, Warrenberg exhibited the turning and milling center in Hannover, for the first time in such a large machine with just one machine for various machining operations. The machine has been working properly, won the praise of users and experts. But this is just the first step toward a new machine tool from Warrenberg. The VDF Warrenberg Power Flexible Machining Center (No. 4), which is now displayed in front of you, is our second step. This series of machine has 1-4 kinds of four different sizes of models, is based on computer numerical control (CNC) system based on a new generation of Warrenberg lathe products. The machine is equipped with a complete set of tooling system (IWS) - Janus milling head with ISO 50 taper and double-sided hydraulic tool holder for a maximum iron cutter diameter of 400mm.
