目的探讨Pentacam测量近视眼前房深度(ACD)和晶状体厚度(LT)的结果与A型超声测量结果的一致性。方法38例(38眼)分别检查眼压,电脑验光、综合验光,扩瞳后应用Pentacam及A型超声分别测量ACD和LT。结果Pentacam测得的ACD的值为(3.33±0.24)mm,A型超声测得的ACD的值为(3.81±0.24)mm,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),相关性为0.967(P<0.01)。Pentacam测得的LT值为(3.34±0.26)mm,A型超声测得的LT值为(3.54±0.17)mm,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),相关性为0.815(P<0.01)。随着近视度数的增加,Pentacam与A型超声测量LT之间的差异也变大(r=-0.328,P<0.05)。结论Pentacam作为一种新型的三维眼前节分析诊断系统,在测量ACD和LT方面与A型超声仍有一定差异,在临床工作中应综合分析。
Objective To investigate the consistency of Pentacam in measuring myopia anterior chamber depth (ACD) and lens thickness (LT) with type A ultrasonic measurements. Methods 38 patients (38 eyes) were examined intraocular pressure, computer optometry, optometry, dilation after the application of Pentacam and A ultrasound were measured ACD and LT. Results The value of ACD measured by Pentacam was (3.33 ± 0.24) mm and that of type A ultrasound was (3.81 ± 0.24) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The correlation Was 0.967 (P <0.01). The LT value measured by Pentacam was (3.34 ± 0.26) mm and the LT value measured by type A ultrasound was (3.54 ± 0.17) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) and the correlation was 0.815 P <0.01). As the degree of myopia increased, the difference between Pentacam and type A ultrasound measured LT also increased (r = -0.328, P <0.05). Conclusions Pentacam is a new type of three-dimensional anterior segment analysis and diagnosis system. It has some differences from A-type ultrasound in measuring ACD and LT. It should be comprehensively analyzed in clinical practice.
