英语教师课堂教学能力的高低决定着英语教学质量的优劣。本文通过分析目前高职英语教师队伍中存在的忽视理论研究、不重视教学科研、英语课堂教学中忽视隐性课程等问题,提出了加强理论研究、强化科研意识、课堂教学中关注隐性课程的渗透以及提高自身的专业知识水平及教学技能等方法。
The level of English teacher’s classroom teaching ability determines the quality of English teaching. This article analyzes the current neglected theoretical research in the English teachers of higher vocational education, neglects the importance of teaching and scientific research, and ignores hidden lessons in English classroom teaching. It proposes to strengthen theoretical research, strengthen scientific research awareness, and pay attention to the implicit curriculum in the classroom teaching. Permeate and improve their own professional knowledge and teaching skills.
