本研究以同一专业大二学生为实验对象,通过进行传统体育养生课程教学,观察该课程对大学生健康保健意识的影响,并结合大学生健康保健意识的变化,探讨传统体育养生课程对于提高大学生健康保健意识的作用,为传统体育养生课程在高校当中的推广以及如何提高大学生健康保健意识提供理论依据。文章采用了问卷调查法,访谈法了解大学生课程前后的保健意识水平,通过实验法、数据统计法,分析传统体育养生课程对大学生健康保健意识的影响。研究结果显示,实验组学生在健康保健常识、健康保健态度和生活方式方面均有改善,差异具有统计学意义,由此可以证明,传统体育养生课程有助于提高大学生的健康保健意识,促进大学生的身心健康。
In this study, the same sophomore sophomore students as the experimental object, through the traditional physical health curriculum teaching, observe the impact of the curriculum on the health awareness of college students, combined with the changes in college students’ awareness of health care to explore the traditional physical health regimen to improve the health of college students The role of consciousness, to promote the traditional sports regimen in colleges and universities and how to improve the health awareness of college students to provide a theoretical basis. The article uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the level of awareness of health care before and after undergraduates ’courses, and analyzes the influence of traditional sports regimen on college students’ awareness of health care through experimental methods and data statistics. The results showed that the experimental group of students in the health care awareness, health care attitude and lifestyle have improved, the difference was statistically significant, which can prove that the traditional physical health regimen help to improve the health awareness of college students and promote college students Physical and mental health.
