采用CFD软件数值模拟了三种轴向间距下涡轮叶栅内部非定常流动,重点研究了轴向间距对涡轮激波结构及气动性能的影响。结果表明,轴向间距对涡轮气动性能尤其是叶排间激波结构产生重要影响。随着轴向间距减小,叶排间流动非定常性增强,激波强度及影响范围增加,对动叶负荷影响主要体现在动叶前端部分。
The CFD software was used to simulate the unsteady flow in the turbine cascade with three kinds of axial spacings. The effects of axial spacing on the structure and aerodynamic performance of the turbo-shock were studied emphatically. The results show that the axial spacing has an important influence on the aerodynamic performance of the turbine, especially the inter-row shock structure. As the axial spacing decreases, the unsteady flow in the row of leaves increases and the shock intensity and influence range increase. The influence on the bucket load is mainly reflected in the front part of the bucket.
