降低滑阀式真空泵的振动对提高泵的质量、延长泵的寿命有着重要的意义。根据质量矩定理和动量矩定理对单缸滑阀真空泵的转子运动状况进行了分析,分别提出了转子惯性力和惯性力矩完全动平衡的条件。按照惯性力平衡条件进行的实验表明,转子等运动部件在按此平衡条件作了部分改动后,泵的振动明显降低。
To reduce the vibration of the slide valve vacuum pump to improve the quality of the pump and extend pump life is of great significance. According to the mass moment theorem and the momentum moment theorem, the rotor motion of the single-cylinder slide valve vacuum pump is analyzed, and the condition that the rotor inertia moment and the moment of inertia moment are fully balanced respectively is proposed. Experiments carried out in accordance with the balance of inertia force show that the vibration of the pump is significantly reduced when the moving parts such as the rotor are partially changed according to the balance condition.
