目的 :为探讨细胞间粘附分子 1mRNA(ICAM 1)在孕早期的作用和细胞因子对其表达的影响。方法 :用RT PCR法测定孕 1~ 8d小鼠子宫内膜ICAM 1的表达 ;在小鼠孕 2~ 4d分别腹腔注射细胞因子LIF、IL 1β或IL 1ra ,测定并比较各组孕第 4天子宫内膜ICAM 1mRNA表达水平。结果 :ICAM 1mRNA孕第 1天表达量较低 ,第 2天开始升高 ,第 4天达高峰 (P <0 0 1) ,此后缓慢下降。与对照组相比 ,LIF和IL 1β组ICAM 1mRNA的表达水平升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :ICAM 1在着床期表达水平较高 ,可能参与了着床过程中的胚胎粘附。细胞因子LIF和IL 1可能是子宫内膜表达ICAM 1的潜在促调节因子
Objective: To investigate the role of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) in early pregnancy and the effects of cytokines on its expression. Methods: The expression of ICAM-1 in the endometrium from 1 to 8 d of pregnancy was measured by RT-PCR. Cytokines LIF, IL 1β or IL-1ra were intraperitoneally injected into the mice 2-4 days after pregnancy, Endometrial ICAM 1 mRNA expression levels. Results: ICAM 1 mRNA was lower on the 1st day of pregnancy, increased on the 2nd day and peaked on the 4th day (P <0.01), then decreased slowly. Compared with the control group, the expression of ICAM 1 mRNA in LIF and IL 1β group increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: ICAM 1 is highly expressed during implantation and may be involved in embryo adhesion during implantation. The cytokines LIF and IL 1 may be potential pro-apoptotic factors for the expression of ICAM 1 in the endometrium
