目的探讨医学模拟教学(MST)联合病案教学(CBL)在急诊科进修医师培训中的作用。方法选取2008年3月-2014年12月120名急诊科进修医师,将其随机分为MST联合CBL组和单纯CBL组,对两组进修医师分别实行MST联合CBL和单纯CBL培训。对其进行理论知识、实践操作、综合病例分析能力考核并采用问卷调查其学习效果。组间比较采用t检验。结果 MST联合CBL组理论知识、实践操作、综合病例分析能力和问卷调查成绩均明显高于单纯CBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MST联合CBL在急诊科进修医师培训中具有可行性和较好的效果。
Objective To investigate the role of medical simulation teaching (MST) combined with medical record teaching (CBL) in the training of emergency physicians. Methods A total of 120 emergency department physicians from March 2008 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: MST combined with CBL group and CBL group. MST combined CBL and CBL training were conducted on the two groups. To carry out theoretical knowledge, practical operation, comprehensive case analysis and assessment of the use of questionnaires to study their learning outcomes. Comparison between groups using t test. Results The theoretical knowledge, practical operation, comprehensive case analysis and questionnaire scores of MST combined with CBL group were significantly higher than those of CBL group (P <0.05). Conclusions MST combined with CBL is feasible and effective in the training of emergency physicians.
