大型轴流泵扬程低、流量大,流道边界条件变化极易诱发较大的偏额定工况点运行,从而引起机组运行效能指标恶化的现象。通过对泵流道的巡视检测数据,应用灾度最大隶属度方法,开展灾度多种因素的综合评估,掌握泵机警兆信息,成为大型泵效能保障的重要技术措施。
Large axial flow pump low head, large flow, the flow path boundary conditions can easily lead to a large deviation of the rated operating conditions point, which led to deterioration of unit performance indicators of the phenomenon. By patrolling the pump runway inspection data, applying the method of maximum degree of disaster degree membership to carry out comprehensive assessment of a variety of factors of disaster degree and mastering pump warning signs, it becomes an important technical measure for large pump efficiency.
