职工教育培训是企业生产经营活动中不可缺少的重要组成部份。要把经济建设真正转移到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道,实现“两个根本转变”,搞好教育培训就显得特别重要。1994年全国教育工作会议和电力部教育工作会议以后,人们对教育所处重要战略地位的认识渐趋统一。特别是党的十四届五中全会决议明确提出了“科教兴国”的口号,把教育提到了它应有的战略高度,唤起了社会对教育的真正重视。但是,由于体制的原因,认识的原因,以及教育所处的特殊地位,在不少的企业,人们对职工教育的认识是不够的,甚至进入了一些误区,影响了职工教育健康,有效的开展和职工队伍素质
Employee education and training is an indispensable part of the company’s production and business activities. We must truly shift economic construction to the track of relying on scientific and technological advancement and improving the quality of laborers, and realize “two fundamental changes.” It is particularly important to do a good job of education and training.
