白细胞介素-1β5(IL-1β)是与早产和分娩有关的一种细胞因子。本文取早产地与足月产儿脐血34例,应用IL-1βcDNA探针,采用细胞原位杂交技术,对其白细胞IL-1β基因表达水平进行分析。结果10例胎膜早破的早产儿脐血中IL-1βmRNA表达水平比正常产儿低,6例因重度妊高征剖腹产的早产儿脐血中IL-1βmRNA表达水平与正常产儿无差异,足月胎膜早破分娩儿也与自然分娩儿脐血IL-1βmRNA表达水平无明显差异。说明基因表达水平与胎儿的成熟度有关,IL-1β在分娩发动中起一定的作用。
Interleukin-1β5 (IL-1β) is a cytokine associated with preterm labor and childbirth. In this paper, 34 cases of umbilical cord blood from premature infants and full-term infants were detected. IL-1βcDNA probe was used to detect the level of IL-1βgene in leukocytes by cell in situ hybridization. Results The expression of IL-1βmRNA in umbilical cord blood of 10 preterm premature infants with premature rupture of membranes was lower than that in normal infants. The expression of IL-1βmRNA in umbilical blood of 6 preterm infants with severe pregnancy induced hypertension did not differ from that of normal infants Premature rupture of membranes of childbirth and natural childbirth cord blood IL-1βmRNA expression level was no significant difference. This shows that the level of gene expression and the maturity of the fetus, IL-1β plays a role in the onset of labor.
