从胎儿期～87岁的61例舌体为主,就舌粘膜下结缔组织的弹力纤维的增龄变化,用全舌为标本进行了观察:(1)舌粘膜上皮层下和肌层之间的粘膜下结缔组织分别区别为乳头体、乳头体下层、肌层上结缔组织,将舌尖部从边缘切除1.5cm(胎儿除外),到舌盲孔之间为舌体部。(2)舌体部粘膜下结缔组织的弹力纤维从胎儿6个月即开始出现,到15岁呈均等的细线状,在20岁期稍增粗,具有波纹状倾向,到30～40岁期出现块状的、具有多彩倾向,变化的程度逐渐增强,从50～60岁期,形态的改变和弹力
