12名健康男性志愿受试者在39℃、Rh20%的人工气候室模拟高温作业(中等强度踏阶运动)3h。于受热前、受热中(4次运动毕)测定口温、脉率,并询问主观感觉。受热前后采静脉血测定血清急相反应蛋白(acutephaseresponseprotebs,APRPS)。实验结果表明,高温环境下从事中等体力运动,心率一开始便加快,但最高未超过120次/分,口温在第二次运动后(受热50min时)才开始升高,但始终未超过37.8℃。在此种热作用情况下,APRPs中α─AGP(α─酸性糖蛋白),HP(触珠蛋白)和CP(铜蓝蛋白)明显升高(P<0.01),α─AT(α─抗胰蛋白)略为升高(P<0.05),Fn(纤维粘连蛋白)无明显变化,而Tr(转铁蛋白)还略有下降(P>0.05)。提示α─AG,HP,CP和α─AT作为高温工人健康监护指标还是可取的。
Twelve healthy male volunteers simulated high-temperature work (moderate-intensity step exercise) at 39 ° C, Rh20% of the artificial climate chamber for 3 h.
