经过两年对沪、杭两地桃花品种资源的调查，发现杭州地区有桃花品种２１个，上海地区有桃花品种１５个．沪、杭地区的桃花品种与北方品种明显不同，应属另一生态类群．
After two years of investigation on peach varieties in Shanghai and Hangzhou, it was found that there were 21 peach varieties in Hangzhou area and 15 peach varieties in Shanghai area. Peach varieties in Shanghai and Hangzhou are obviously different from those in the north, and should belong to another ecological group.
