蟑螂是重要的全球性卫生害虫,其对人工合成化学杀虫剂的高度抗性以及化学杀虫剂对人类和其他非靶标生物的毒性都强调了探索其他有效控制蟑螂种群可持续发展途径的重要性。白僵菌作为一种对昆虫致病性强,但对温血动物和植物安全的虫生真菌,是目前世界上研究和应用最多的病原真菌之一,但其在卫生害虫上的应用却十分局限。本文主要在总结白僵菌侵染、传播、致病力影响因素及致死机理的基础上,综述了目前白僵菌在蟑螂防治中的研究进展,以期为今后蟑螂防治新方法的探索提供帮助。
