检测79例HBV感染者阴道分泌物中的HBV-DNA阳性34例,检出率43％,同时对其中67例受检者丈夫抽血查肝功能及HBVm,结果丈夫有HBV标志阳性31人(42.26％),且阳性率随婚龄增加而升高,证明HBV感染阴道分泌物有传染性,其丈夫应定期检测HBVm及肝功能,并相应接受乙肝高效价免疫球蛋白和/或乙肝疫苗接种。
