目的:研究炎消迪娜尔糖浆在保肝方面的药理学作用。方法:给动物ig给药,用CCl_4,D-Gal造急性肝损伤摸型,测定小鼠血清GPT,GOT的含量及肝组织中GSH-Px的活性,采用麻醉大鼠,测定胆汁分泌量,采用经典实验法,观察炎消迪娜尔糖浆对小鼠免疫系统的作用。结果:ig炎消迪娜尔糖浆后能明显降低CCl_4及D-GAL急性肝损伤小鼠血清GPT,GOT水平及增加肝组织GSH-Px的活力,大鼠胆流量明显增加。免疫实验结果表明,炎消迪娜尔糖浆具有明显的免疫抑制作用。结论:炎消迪娜尔糖浆具有明显肝保护作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Dioxin Decoction in protecting liver. Methods: The animals were given ig with CCl_4 and D-Gal to make the model of acute liver injury. The contents of GPT and GOT in mouse serum and the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue were determined. The bile secretion, The classical experiment was used to observe the effect of Dinair syrup on the immune system in mice. Results: After Dinair syrup, IgA significantly reduced the GPT and GOT levels and the GSH-Px activity in liver of CCl 4 and D-GAL acute liver injury mice. Immune test results show that the inflammatory diarrhea syrup has obvious immunosuppressive effect. Conclusion: Yan Di Dinar syrup has significant hepatic protective effect.
