目的探讨职业病防治专科医院在新常态下的战略管理及发展。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,针对职业病防治专科医院发展中存在的困难及职业病发生的新动向,提出与新时期企业转型相匹配的三级医院规模的职业病防治医院组织结构(一所五中心)和发展路径(三级防护平行重视、交叉管理)。结果为职业病防治和劳动者健康需求提供优质医疗和防治技术支撑,职业病防治医院发展虽然有空间,但是整体能力建设离不开综合医院支撑。结论职业病专科医院的发展要顺应新常态下社会、医学环境和学科发展的需要,必须从政策、法规、医院管理及社会等多方面协调共进,达到三级医院规模,加强医院设备、技术等综合能力,才能保证患者病情治疗的需要及医院可持续发展的动力,真正为国家经济发展保驾护航。
Objective To explore the strategic management and development of occupational disease prevention and treatment hospitals in the new normal. Methods According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases”, in view of the difficulties in the development of occupational disease prevention and control hospitals and the new trends of occupational diseases, this paper proposes an organizational structure of occupational disease prevention and control hospitals Five centers) and development path (three parallel emphasis on protection, cross management). Results High-quality medical treatment and prevention and treatment technical support were provided for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and the health needs of workers. Although there was room for the development of occupational disease prevention and control hospitals, the overall capacity building was inseparable from the general hospital support. Conclusion The development of occupational disease hospitals should conform to the social and medical environment and the needs of discipline development under the new normal. It is necessary to coordinate and advance from the aspects of policies, laws and regulations, hospital management and society to reach the level of tertiary hospitals and strengthen the equipment and technology of hospitals Comprehensive ability to ensure the treatment of patients with the needs of the hospital and the driving force for sustainable development, the real escort for the country’s economic development.
