通过对4个黄瓜品种不同生育期叶面真菌种类的分离和鉴定,共得到24种真菌。其中接合菌1种,半知菌21种,待鉴定菌2种。叶面真菌的优势种是Alternariaalternata(链格孢)和Cladosporiumherbarum(多主枝孢),它们在4个品种的3个生育期中出现频率都在18.4%以上。真菌种类和优势种对黄瓜品种没有明显的选择性。叶面真菌数量分析结果表明,同一品种不同生育期之间有显著差异,而同一生育期不同品种之间差异则不显著。4个黄瓜品种都表现为幼苗期真菌数量较多,初花期较少,盛瓜期最多。黄瓜叶面真菌区系中,对黄瓜炭疸病菌具有拮抗作用的种类有Aspergillusversicolor(杂色曲霉)、Penicilliumchrysogenum(产黄青霉)、P.implicatum(纠缠青霉)。
Through the isolation and identification of four kinds of cucumber varieties at different growth stages, 24 kinds of fungi were obtained. Including a joint bacteria, half-known bacteria 21 species to be identified two kinds of bacteria. The dominant species of leaf-surface fungi were Alternaria alternata and Cladosporiumherbarum, whose frequency of occurrence was over 18.4% in three growth stages of four cultivars. Fungus species and dominant species of cucumber varieties no obvious selectivity. The results of foliar fungal population analysis showed that there were significant differences among different growth stages of the same variety, while the differences between different varieties in the same growth stage were not significant. All four cucumber cultivars showed more fungi at the seedling stage, fewer initial flowering stages and the highest number of melon stages. Cucumber leaf fungus flora, the cucumber jaundice has antagonistic species of Aspergillus versicolor (Aspergillus versicolor), Penicillium chrysogenum (Penicillium chrysogenum), P. implicatum
