本文运用弹塑性云纹实验解析法获得了方板对角拉伸过程和皱曲临界状态下的位移,应变和应力的全场的瞬间和连续变化信息。指出该法应用于YBT研究,可为研究大型覆盖件成形缺陷机理开辟一条新的途径。所获得的全场应力应变分布及变化规律可为验证FEM结果和改善FEM边界假设提供可靠的依据。
In this paper, we obtain the instantaneous and continuous change information of the diagonal stretch process and the whole field of displacement, strain and stress in the critical condition of buckling by the elastic-plastic moire experiment. It is pointed out that this method can be applied to YBT research and open up a new way for studying the mechanism of forming defects of large-scale coverings. The obtained full-field stress-strain distribution and variation can provide a reliable basis for verifying FEM results and improving FEM boundary assumptions.
