研究了盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液的制备工艺,对其进行刺激性及稳定性考察,同时确认了含量测定方法。结果显示,本品无刺激,稳定性好,含量测定方法能有效控制制剂质量,因此,本制剂工艺、质量可控。 The preparation process of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops was studied, and its irritation and stability were investigated. Meanwhile, the content determination method was confirmed. The results show that this product is non-stimulating, good stability, determination of content can effectively control the quality of the preparation, therefore, the preparation process, quality controllable.
