目的低分子肝素是一种有效的溶栓剂,目前只有注射剂用于临床,该实验研究精氨酸对低分子肝素口服吸收的促进作用。方法以大鼠用药前后血液凝固时间的变化研究精氨酸的肠道促吸收作用。结果精氨酸能够显著延长大鼠的凝血时间。在精氨酸与低分子肝素摩尔比为30∶1时,低分子肝素的药效学生物利用度达到11.7%。结论精氨酸能够显著促进低分子肝素的肠道吸收。
Purpose Low molecular weight heparin is an effective thrombolytic agent. At present, only injections are used in clinical trials. This study investigated the effect of arginine on the oral absorption of LMWH. Methods The change of blood clotting time before and after administration of arginine was studied. Arginine can significantly prolong clotting time in rats. When the molar ratio of arginine to low molecular weight heparin was 30:1, the pharmacodynamic bioavailability of low molecular weight heparin reached 11.7%. Conclusion Arginine can significantly promote intestinal absorption of low molecular weight heparin.
