In the manufacture of vibrating hydraulic prestressed concrete pipe extrusion, often appear circumferential cracks. It is confirmed by experiments that the internal forces of the longitudinal prestressing tendons and the internal forces transmitted from the fastened outer mold to the pipe during fracture mode cause the formation of cracks. For the purpose of this study, 12 tubes with a diameter of 1200 mm were used. The tube was used as a 1 MPa internal pressure waterline with helical cross reinforcement.
