目的是研究车前子抗小鼠急性痛风性关节炎的作用。方法是以尿酸钠诱导建立小鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型,观察车前子的抗关节肿胀作用。结果显示小鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型组、治疗组、车前子组关节肿胀度分别为0.353 7±0.100 6 mL、0.123 8±0.059 8 mL、0.168 8±0.084 3 mL。车前子改善小鼠关节炎症反应,车前子对小鼠体重无显著影响。结论为车前子对尿酸钠诱导的小鼠急性痛风性关节肿胀作用效果明显,副作用较小。
The purpose is to study the psyllium anti-mouse acute gouty arthritis role. The method is to establish acute gouty arthritis model induced by sodium urate and observe the anti-joint swelling effect of psyllium. The results showed that the swollen degree of the mice in acute gouty arthritis model group, treatment group and psyllium group were 0.353 7 ± 0.100 6 mL, 0.123 8 ± 0.059 8 mL and 0.168 8 ± 0.084 3 mL, respectively. Plantago reduces joint inflammation in mice, Plantago has no significant effect on body weight in mice. Conclusions The effect of psyllium on sodium urate-induced acute gout joint swelling is obvious with less side effects.
