采用昆明和小鼠皮下接种S180腹水肉瘤细胞为实验肿瘤模型，观察给药后10d的肿瘤生长百分数及脾淋巴细胞转化率，结果表明样品Ⅱ具有明显的抑瘤作用，样品Ⅰ作用不明显，提示样品Ⅱ可能为禹白附抗肿瘤的活性部位。
The S180 ascites sarcoma cells were inoculated subcutaneously with Kunming and mice as experimental tumor models. The percentage of tumor growth and spleen lymphocyte transformation rate at 10 days after administration were observed. The results showed that the sample II had a significant anti-tumor effect, and the effect of sample I was not obvious. Sample II may be the active site of anti-tumor tumors.
