选用初体质量25.74~33.53g的正常健康鲤鱼,MIB人工染味后用含L-肉碱分别为0、50、100、150、200和250mg/kg的配合饲料投喂60d。结果表明,饲料中添加L-肉毒碱投喂鱼类可以显著去除人工染味鲤鱼体内的异味,使之达到人的感官能接受的程度。L-肉毒碱100mg/kg可显著促进鲤鱼的生长,摄食添加L-肉碱饲料的鲤鱼超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显比对照组鱼高,而谷丙转氨酶(GPT))活性明显比对照组鱼低,说明L-肉碱可减缓MIB对鲤鱼的伤害。
Normal healthy carp with 25.74-33.53g of initial body weight was selected and MIB was dyed for 60 days with artificial feed containing 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg / kg L-carnitine respectively.
