现阶段为建立健全党员运行管理办法和考核激励机制和充分调动基层党员的积极性和创造性,更好地为基层电力企业的改革发展作出贡献。在“两学一做”学习教育中,突出“做”这个关键,创新开展党员积分评价管理模式,不仅实现了党员评价可量化、好操作、易评价,形成人人创先争优的生动局面,同时还增强了党员干部宗旨意识,把“三严三实”的作风落实到了基层广大党员,有效激发了基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用、领导干部的骨干带头作用和党员的先锋模范作用。本文主要针对目前党员管理存在的一些问题进行简单阐述,并提出一些改善的方法,以供参考。
