十多年来,价格鉴证工作发展迅速。法规、规章、行为规范、技术标准建设逐步完善,价格鉴证机构监督管理制度进一步健全,价格鉴证质量逐步提高。在维护司法和行政执法公正,保护当事人合法权益方面,价格鉴证发挥了不可替代的重要作用。然而,一直以来,社会上对价格鉴证的认识存在着误区:误区之一:认为价格鉴证和社会上各类价格评估是一回事,价格鉴证机构是中介机构。
For more than a decade, price forensics have been developing rapidly. The construction of regulations, rules, codes of conduct and technical standards has been gradually improved, the supervision and management system of the price certification agencies has been further improved and the quality of the price certification has been gradually raised. In safeguarding the fairness of judicial and administrative law enforcement and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of litigants, price forensics has played an irreplaceable and important role. However, there has always been a misunderstanding in the society about price forensics: one of the myths is that price forensics are the same as all kinds of social assessments, and price forensic agencies are intermediaries.
