目的 观察深海鱼类角燕提取物对肿瘤移植小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用盐溶液抽提、有机溶剂沉淀及分子筛层析等方法从海洋鱼类-角燕的药用部位制备角燕制剂,选用 S-180肉瘤移植小鼠实验模型,灌胃给药,观察其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果 角燕制剂明显抑制S-180肉瘤在荷瘤小鼠体内生长,显著提高S-180荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数,提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性。结论 角燕制剂明显提高荷瘤小鼠机体的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of deep-sea fish, Fructus horniae, on immune function in tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Salt-solution extraction, organic solvent precipitation, and molecular sieve chromatography were used to prepare horn swallow preparations from the medicinal site of marine fish-King-yan. S-180 sarcoma-transplanted mouse experimental model was used to observe the Regulation of immune function in tumor-bearing mice. RESULTS The keratin preparation significantly inhibited the growth of S-180 sarcoma in tumor-bearing mice, significantly increased the thymus index and spleen index of S-180 tumor-bearing mice, increased NK cell activity and phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion The keratin preparation obviously improves the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
