定州市委着眼提高干部队伍整体素质,不断加大干部培训力度,取得了明显成效。一、增强培训的针对性。2001年底,他们通过调查,了解到乡(科)级干部急需 WTO 知识、微机技能知识,去年就将“入世对农业的影响和对策”、“入世后如何依法行政”等内容列入了培训计划。同时,为适应入世后的新形势,他们本着易学、实用的原则,聘请专业英语教师编写了《乡(科)级领导干部实用英语教程》,并录制了600套光盘,发到每个乡(科)级领导干部手中。微机方面的知识,也列入了培训内容。二、搞好分层培训和分类培训。分层培训是将乡(科)级干部培训作为组织部门培训的重点,并把培训面向上、向下延伸。向上主要
