在经济法本科教学当中,案例教学法不仅有利于学生积极性的提高和法律技能的培养,教师综合教学能力和素质的提升,而且有利于整个教学过程的互动和教学相长。但案例教学法在实践中运用也存在不少问题,包括选取案例上存在误区,参与主体缺乏平等性以及运用模式的单一化等等。针对这些问题,结合经济法具体的教学实践,提出完善案例教学法运用的若干对策,以期更好地适应我国法学人才培养的需要。
Among the economic law undergraduate teaching, the case teaching method is not only conducive to the improvement of students ’enthusiasm and legal skills, teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability and quality improvement, but also conducive to the interaction and teaching of the entire teaching process. However, there are still many problems in applying the case teaching method in practice, including the misunderstanding of the selected cases, the lack of equality among the participants and the simplification of the application mode. In view of these problems, combined with the specific teaching practice of economic law, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the application of case teaching method in order to better meet the needs of law legal personnel training in our country.
