以大中型航行器为被测对象,设计了一套转动惯量测量系统。基于扭摆基本原理,构建了测量系统数学模型。介绍了转动惯量测量系统组成;对测试台总体结构和工作原理进行了详细说明;通过对测量系统误差精度的分析,得出实际工程中忽略系统阻尼影响的可行性。系统实际测量与理论计算结果对比表明,满量程测试精度优于1%。操作简单,维护方便,可对大中型航行器进行转动惯量的精确测量。
Large and medium-sized aircraft as the measured object, the design of a set of moment of inertia measurement system. Based on the basic principle of torsion, a mathematical model of the measurement system is constructed. The composition of the measurement system of moment of inertia is introduced. The overall structure and working principle of the test bench are described in detail. The feasibility of ignoring the influence of system damping in practical engineering is obtained by analyzing the accuracy of the measurement system. The comparison between the actual measurement and the theoretical calculation shows that the accuracy of full scale test is better than 1%. Simple operation, easy maintenance, large and medium aircraft can be accurate measurement of moment of inertia.
