“柚木地理种源选择研究”历经五年系列配套技术研究和良种控制与推广应用,取得了可喜的成果:①收集并保存热带、南亚热带11个国家75个地理种源、250多个无性系,建成8片3.3ha柚木基因库,提出了遗传改良的策略、途径和方法。②进行5~15年的综合评价,选出8个优良种源,其材积生长量为标准种源的125%~190%,年平均高生长1.4~1.75m,胸径生长量1.6~1.98cm;抗旱、抗病的遗传增益为20%~36%。③评选出第一批21个杂交子代无性系,其材积生长量为标准无性系的130%~250%。④种源/优树的组培——微穗
