学前教育收费近几年上涨很快,高收费使幼儿家庭负担很重,特别是在民办幼儿园就读的幼儿,幼儿家庭几乎承担了全部的幼儿教育成本。学前教育成本分担不合理,政府在分担学前教育成本方面做的不到位。本文用公共产品理论、教育成本分担理论、教育公平理论、学前教育人力资本投资理论等来论述政府应更多的分担学前教育成本。 Preschool education fees have risen rapidly in recent years. High fees make heavy burden on young children families, especially for preschool children and kindergartens attending private kindergartens, which bear almost the entire cost of preschool education. The cost of preschool education is unreasonable, and the government does not do enough to share the cost of pre-school education. This article discusses the government should share more preschool education cost with public product theory, education cost sharing theory, education fairness theory and preschool education human capital investment theory.
