目的:比较不同产地地骨皮对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的差异。方法:制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型后,将其分为模型对照组、降糖灵(25mg/kg.d-15.0g/kg.d-1)治疗组、宁夏地骨皮水煎剂(5.0g/kg.d-1)治疗组、河北地骨皮水煎剂(5.0g/kg.d-1)治疗组、甘肃地骨皮水煎剂治疗组(5.0g/kg.d-1)分别灌服生理盐水、降糖灵水溶液、宁夏地骨皮水煎剂、河北地骨皮水煎剂、甘肃地骨皮水煎剂,14d后测定小鼠空腹血糖。结果:给药后宁夏地骨皮治疗组、河北地骨皮治疗组和甘肃地骨皮治疗组血糖较给药前均有极显著降低(P<0.01)。给药后宁夏、河北、甘肃3地产地骨皮治疗组与降糖灵治疗组差异不显著,说明3种地骨皮的降血糖作用与降糖灵有同样的效果。河北地骨皮治疗组和甘肃地骨皮治疗组的显著性高于宁夏地骨皮治疗组,说明不同产地的地骨皮水煎剂降血糖作用有差异,其中河北地骨皮效果最显著,其次是甘肃地骨皮,宁夏地骨皮降血糖作用相对较低。结论:三产地的地骨皮对实验性糖尿病小鼠均具有显著的降血糖作用,但存在差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the hypoglycemic effect of Digupi from different origins on alloxan diabetic mice. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were divided into model control group, Jianglingling (25mg / kg.d-15.0g / kg.d-1) treatment group, Ningxia Digupi water decoction / kg.d-1) treatment group, Hebei decoction decoction (5.0g / kg.d-1) treatment group, Gansu decoction decoction group (5.0g / kg.d-1) Irrigation with saline, hypoglycemic solution, Ningxia Digupi water decoction, Hebei Digupi decoction, Gansu Digupi water decoction, 14d after the determination of fasting blood glucose in mice. Results: After administration, the blood glucose of Ningxia Digupi treatment group, Digupi treatment group and Gansu Digupi treatment group were significantly lower than those before administration (P <0.01). After administration, Ningxia, Hebei, Gansu 3 land formation skin treatment group and hypoglycemic treatment group no significant difference, indicating that the three kinds of Digupi hypoglycemic effect and hypoglycemic have the same effect. Hebei Digupi treatment group and Digupi treatment group was significantly higher than Ningxia Digupi treatment group, indicating that different regions Digupi decoction hypoglycemic effect differences, including Digup skin effect of the most significant, Followed by Gansu Digupi, Ningxia Digupi hypoglycemic effect is relatively low. CONCLUSION: Digupi of the three producing areas have significant hypoglycemic effects on experimental diabetic mice, but there are differences.
