目的了解经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术（laparoscopic myomectomy,LM）与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术（transabdominal myomectomy,TAM）治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取100例子宫肌瘤患者,随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和术后妊娠情况。结果观察组住院时间（4.70±1.13）d短于对照组（7.90±1.50）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组
