目的比较P407(泊洛沙姆)和脂肪乳剂的小鼠高血脂模型的特点。方法采用灌胃法给予小鼠脂肪乳剂,腹腔注射法给予小鼠P407,之后测血清中的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果脂肪乳剂造模后小鼠TC、LDL-C显著升高,TG显著降低,HDL-C的变化没有显著性。P407-1d组的小鼠TC、TG、LDL-C显著升高,HDL-C显著下降,符合临床典型高血脂的特征。结论用P407建立小鼠高血脂模型更快速,更接近临床高血脂症。
Objective To compare the characteristics of mouse hyperlipidemia model P407 (poloxamer) and fat emulsion. Methods P407 was given intraperitoneally to mice by intragastric administration. The levels of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Results The TC and LDL-C levels of mice in model group were significantly increased, TG significantly decreased, and HDL-C level did not change significantly. TC, TG, LDL-C of mice in P407-1d group were significantly increased, and HDL-C was significantly decreased, which was in line with the characteristics of clinical typical hyperlipidemia. Conclusion The establishment of mouse hyperlipidemia model with P407 is more rapid and closer to clinical hyperlipidemia.
