生物钟基因普遍存在于生物界,其作用在于产生和控制昼夜生物节律的运转。文中主要介绍生物钟基因调控生物体产生昼夜节律的机制,以及目前研究生物钟基因与肿瘤生长之间关系的近况。 Biological clock genes are ubiquitous in the biological world, their role is to produce and control the circadian rhythm of the operation. This paper mainly introduces the mechanism of circadian clock gene regulation of circadian rhythms in living organisms and the current research on the relationship between circadian clock genes and tumor growth.
