微波辅助NaGdF_4∶Yb,Er快速自组装及其光谱特性

通过微波辅助法快速合成NaGdF4∶Yb,Er上转换发光材料,合成时间仅25min。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对合成的样品进行了表征,并研究了样品的上转换发光性能。结果表明,材料的晶体结构为六方晶系;颗粒形貌为球形,分散性好,粒径约为200nm;980nm激光二极管激发下,发出红光和绿光,均为双光子发射且红光强度远远大于绿光,此独特的发光特性使该样品在固体激光器和彩色显示器方面具有潜在的应用价值。 Rapid synthesis of NaGdF4: Yb, Er upconversion luminescent materials by microwave-assisted method, synthesis time of only 25min. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The upconversion luminescence properties of the samples were also studied. The results showed that the crystal structure of the material was hexagonal. The morphology of the particles was spherical and the dispersion was good. The particle size was about 200 nm. Under 980 nm laser diode excitation, red and green light were emitted, both of which were two-photon emission with red intensity Much more than green light, this unique luminescent property makes the sample potentially useful for solid-state lasers and color displays.
