铝电解槽槽膛内形对铝电解生产的重要经济技术指标影响很大。本文建立了计算铝电解槽槽膛内形的物理模型和数学模型。利用二维热场解析数学模型及若干特征点的槽外壳温度,对具体槽型可按反推法求解出槽膛内形,並可在计算机的彩色屏幕上显示,同时在打印机上绘制出来。通过对贵州铝厂160KA中间下料预焙阳极铝电解槽的现场测试,初步验证了此程序。
The internal shape of the aluminum reduction chamber has great influence on the important economic and technical indexes of aluminum electrolysis. In this paper, a physical model and a mathematical model for calculating the internal shape of the aluminum reduction chamber were established. Using two-dimensional thermal field analysis mathematic model and the number of characteristic points of the shell temperature of the tank for the specific shape of the groove can be deduced by deduction of the groove shape, and can be displayed on the computer’s color screen, while drawn on the printer. Through the on-site testing of 160KA aluminum pre-baked anodized aluminum electrolytic cell in Guizhou Aluminum Factory, this procedure was verified.
