Using electric field to explore the water under the water, some people did research in the 1940s and made new breakthroughs in recent years. The Americans modified the Ag-AgCl electrode using the new silver powder sintering technique (SPS). The electric field sensor made from this electrode was placed in water and linked to the marine environment by the Salfbridge. When the submarine passes, the electric field sensor is very sensitive to the electric field intensity of the submarine leakage and produces the induced signal, which is collected, analyzed and processed to achieve the purpose of exploring the potential. It is reported that this detector is low noise, small size, can form an expandable array, can be placed in a wide range of shallow sea.
